Terms of Service

Last updated: April 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Swaad ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About the app

Swaad is a completely offline application that runs entirely on your device. It does not require an account, an internet connection, or any server-side infrastructure to operate.

3. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Swaad for personal or business kitchen operations. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, or reverse engineer the app.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the recipes, costs, and production data you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure. While Swaad takes daily automated backups, we recommend using the CSV export to keep your own copy of important records.

5. No warranty

Swaad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of calculations, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, lost profits, or business decisions made using outputs from the app, including recipe costs, production plans, or inventory figures.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
